The kids classes focus on traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu, which is Centreline's specialization.  We also add elements from other practices, such as Wushu and Kali, resulting in a well-rounded experience of martial arts principles.  We put a strong emphasis on physical structure, so that students practice healthy body mechanics and improve posture.

Furthermore, we integrate aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) into our teachings, which helps students understand physiology and the chinese energetic network (meridians).  We teach them TCM "switches" that tune the body to be more focused, as well as techniques for pain and stress management, and overall system balance.

Kung Fu is about self-responsibility in body and mind.  This is the tenet we share with our students.
